PRODUCTS AND PRODUCERS

All the Sellers (Growers – Processors) have to be in possession of an “ORGANIC (BIO)” CERTIFICATE, support the batch sale project and achieve favourable outcome of the controls of Save By Booking SRL's qualified personnel.

bio.savebybooking.com is a platform that allows you to purchase directly from the Producer only within a batch sale mechanism which permits him to optimise his time and save resources.

The identity and the story of the Seller (Producer – Processor) are to be found on the page of each product or surfing through the producers in the provided section of this site to be reached through home → PRODUCERS

The “ORGANIC (BIO)” certificate which is guaranteed by third party entities is available on the product pages.

It is the Seller (Producer – Processor) to be responsible for the BIO product quality; he himself is supervised by periodic controls through the certification authority and monitored in current activities by qualified Save By Booking personnel.

BOOKABLE OFFERS

As long as the seller still has stock available, the offers are usually repeated after their expiration date.

The offer expiration date is the moment in which the order is transmitted to the Seller (Producer – Processor) which the necessary production and/or processing time as well as the necessary delivery time to the Client's place is to be added to, in order to obtain a reliably reasonable estimated date of delivery.

BOOKING (HOW TO PURCHASE)

The booking is a commitment to purchase which will only be carried out in case at moment of the Offer expiration date there can be met the booked quantities or more than the minimum quantities requested by the “Batch” sale. You can book more than one unit, which will be converted in a purchase only when the minimum quantity can be met; should that minimum not be reached, your booking will be cancelled without charging you any money. The booking has been inserted in the process of bio.savebybooking.com in order to optimise the Producer's and Processor's work as well as to guarantee the freshness and genuineness of the BIO products manufactured and delivered at a suitable grade of maturation or however as soon as they have been processed.

Clicking on “BOOK” will cause the forward of the BOOKING, the Customer expressly acknowledges the order being transmitted through the Booking of BIO Food, and in case the request can be met, within the fixed expiration date, the minimum quantity for the activation of the "Batch" will implicate the liability to pay the sum indicated in the BOOKING by bank transfer to Save By Booking SRL

In order to find out the status of your booking, you can see on the respective product page on bio.savebybooking.com how many units are still missing to complete the minimum quantity of the "Batch" for the activation of the purchase.
In case the minimum quantity of the "Batch" required to activate the purchase has already been reached, you should have received an email in this regard ( proof of PURCHASE); or check the status of your booking in your reserved area.

You can share your booking or your purchase with everybody by "word-of-mouth" recommendation through the social networks as well as copying the link by mail.

At the expiration date of the offer of one specific product, there are two possibilities:

  1. In case the offer has reached the minimum"Batch" quantity for the activation of the purchase, it will be converted into a purchase and you should have received an email with "proof of Purchase" ;
  2. In case the offer has NOT reached the minimum "Batch" quantity, there will NOT be activated any purchase, your booking simply expires without any cost for you, and you will receive an email: "Booking expired” ; your BOOKING has expired and the authorisation for the collection of funds through PayPal will automatically be withdrawn.

PURCHASE (BOOKING ACTIVATED)

In case the minimum "Batch" quantity for the activation of the purchase has already been reached (visible in the bar provided on the product page showing the booked entities without flag), every booked unit will immediately be converted into a purchase with respective collection of the payment, until the Offer Expitation Date.

Clicking on “PURCHASE” causes the forwarding of your order with IMMEDIATE PAYMENT, with shipping within the date of delivery indicated in the product data.

TheMinimum and Maximum Quantity have been inserted in the process of bio.savebybooking in order to enable the Seller (Producer – Processor) to optimise his own work and deliver always fresh high quality BIO products at the best price to the buyers.
The Minimum "Batch" quantity for the activation of the purchase is to say that it is the minimum quantity of a product that allows the Producer – Processor to optimise his work and not have to store any stock on his shelves (for example, the flour is milled and delivered fresh if on the whole there are ordered at least 25 kg).
The Maximum "Batch" quantity for the activation of the purchaseis the quantity limit over which the Producer – Processor might not have enough stock available to meet the requests.

The activation of the purchase, which is the conversion of a booking into a purchase, will always be made once (and only if) the total quantity of the booked units reaches the minimum "Batch" quantity for the activation of a purchase, no later than the Offer expiration date.
As for the bar graph, it is the moment when the coloured bar graph reaches the orange vertical line.

The purchase confirmation is always made by bio.savebybooking by sending an email with "Proof of Purchase" as well as by PayPal by sending an email with: "Your payment in favour of Save By Booking SRL has been carried out successfully"

It is the Seller (Producer – Processor) who defines the price of his products.

Save by Booking asks the Sellers to use a growing pricing in order to benefit the earliest possible purchasers who, by sharing the offer, help to reach the minimum "Batch" quantity for the activation of the purchase, within the order expiration date, contributing in this way to save additional advertising and marketing costs, since failing to reach the minimum quantity, they would not have any profit themselves.

The possible payment methods are PAYPAL, credit card as well as pre-paid credit cards, always through the PayPal circuit, even without registration.

The collection of the payment is carried out only at the moment of the activation of the purchase, always followed by an email from bio.savebybooking with "Proof of Purchase" as well as an email from PayPal with: "Your payment in favour of Save By Booking SRL has been carried out successfully"

Should you wish to request an invoice, please send an email with your personal data to sales@savebybooking.com at the same time of your purchase, however no later than the offer expiration date.

STATE OF PURCHASE

The relevant date of delivery is the one indicated in the offer since the moment of your booking, and the process during the status of production and the status of shipment can be checked on the site in your Customer → my activities → Purchase.

EXPIRED OFFER (BOOKING NOT ACTIVATED)

Please, check whether the offer still appears in the section “expired offers” in your Reserved Area.
You should have received a mail announcing "offer expired", and if not, please send us an email to complain.bio@savebybooking.com.

DELIVERY

Once you have entered the Booking, and before the Offer activation, the delivery address can be modified only by sending an email (containing the complete data according to the format and sending attached copy of the booking mail) to delivery.bio@savebybooking.com.
The email message to delivery.bio@savebybooking.com has to be sent at least 10 days before the date of delivery.
You can only be sure the delivery address has successfully been changed once you receive a respective confirmation email.
The delivery fee might change as a result of the modification of the delivery address, and in this case, it might be necessary to add or refund the varied sum.
After the Offer activation, it is usually not possible to modify data concerning the address of delivery; it is however possible to send an email to delivery.bio@savebybooking.com (with attached copy of the booking mail and containing the complete data according to the format) in order to consider the request, without any guarantee that the modification is possible in case the goods are already in their way.

Save By Booking SRL has shipping as well as delivery partners who contribute to the optimising of the movement of goods and to the causing of the least possible energy expenditure, at costs that are in conformity with the offered service/quality costs.
At the moment of your Booking, it is possible to select the shipping or pickup method in your area, from the methods offered by Save By Booking SRL. You are usually offered various solutions in order to guarantee the best price-performance ratio: pickup point, traditional delivery, etc.

The Save By Booking SRL's process differs from other platforms that benefit from the direct delivery by the producer, in order not to burden the producer with this charge, since we believe in of the value of the carrying out of his primary activity.
The collaboration with a partner for the delivery or the pickup helps optimising the movement of goods and causing the least possible energy expenditure, at costs that are in conformity with the offered service/quality costs as well as reducing useless waste of time which keeps the Producer – Processor off his own work.
It is however possible for the Producer to offer the pickup at the factory at an agreed date.

Your purchase will be delivered with due regard to the delivery date indicated in the offer since the moment of your Booking and also given in the email: "Proof of Purchase" , also to be seen on the site in your Customer section (Purchases) .

The Seller (Producer – Processor) dispatches the goods directly from his factory to the given destination of the Consumers.
If necessary, Save By Booking SRL provides logistic support for the Producers but never manipulates the goods in any way.

In case you wish to purchase various products from the same Producer with all the same delivery date, we still haven't developed any automated procedure which helps optimise delivery fees.
In the case of multiple activation of Purchase with the same delivery date, we will refund you the difference directly through PayPal.
Please, contact us at delivery.bio@savebybooking.com in case the procedure is not carried out correctly.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN

It is possible to cancel a Booking, without any expense, on condition that this is being done before the Offer activation, i.e. before the conversion of the offer into a Purchase order once the minimum batch has been reached.
It is possible to cancel your Booking in the section Customer(Bookings) and once you receive the confirmation email, you can be sure the cancellation has been made successfully.
In case you receive no cancellation confirmation email, please, contact Save By Booking SRL by email to refund.bio@savebybooking.com.
Should there be any problems with the cancellation of a Booking, please, send a notification email to complain.bio@savebybooking.com.

Once your Booking is converted into a purchase (and the money is collected from your card), the order cannot be cancelled.
You can however exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with the current regulations.
Generally, you can withdraw from your order if you have purchased the goods for any purpose that is not related to your commercial or business activity, indicating your personal social security number for the invoice and not your VAT registration number and if none of the following circumstances is given:

  1. You cannot cancel your order if you have ordered BIO FOOD packaged to measure or clearly customised ( reason for which the Growers – Processors on bio.savebybooking do not accept the possibility to cancel the order when they sell special formats or packaging, in order to guarantee freshness, cost-effectiveness and avoiding useless packaging);
  2. You cannot cancel your order in case of perishable goods (it is not possible to cancel any order over those products with expiration that does not allow to put them again for sale);

However, in case you wish to withdraw from your PURCHASE before receiving the BIO FOOD, having valid and documented reasons to do so, it is up to Save By Booking SRL to decide upon every individual request.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send a respective declaration to Save By Booking SRL by email to refund.bio@savebybooking.com or registered letter with reply advice to Save By Booking S.R.L.- Corso Buenos Aires 60 - 20124 Milano(MI) - Italy.

In either case, please, send an email as soon as possible to complain.bio@savebybooking.com, describing the problem with reference to the product (Purchase Number), attaching copy of the transport document, and, if possible, also a photo of the problem.

In case you wish to return your Purchase of one or more than one of those BIO Food Products that are expressly allowed to return (see "Right to Return" within the "Terms of Purchase"), you have to inform Save By Booking SRL of your will to return as soon as possible by filling in the online form provided in the pro-forma communications and attached by the Seller (Producer – Processor); attaching the product receipt ticket and sending the confirmation in written form either by email to refund.bio@savebybooking.com or by registered letter with reply advice to Save By Booking S.R.L.- Corso Buenos Aires 60 - 20124 Milano(MI) - Italy.

If close to the given date of delivery (less than 10 days left), then you have to contact Save By Booking SRL in order to bring forward your request and avoid, if possible, the dispatch of the product; however, this does not exonerate you from the submission of the required written declaration to start the withdrawal process.
According to prior agreement with Save By Booking SRL, the product shall be returned to the GROWER – PROCESSOR, at the address provided on the web site at the time of the PURCHASE, within a period of 14 days from the receipt of the product.

The registration on the platform for who wants to purchase is completely free
For the producers, it is free to register and place their offers.
In order to bear the running expenses, the administration costs (including PayPal transaction fees), as well as the support, Save By Booking SRL charges the Producer a commission of 15% of the turnover.

bio.savebybooking provides in a very transparent and traceable way all the information as well as the methods to purchase safely from the Producers – Processors in possession of a BIO Certification (to be seen on the product page), who are conscious of the environment, the genuineness and freshness of the food.

Save By Booking SRL is transparent in the process, the organisation (full information provided on the platform) and promotes the creation of social relations around the BIO issue.
In order to help maintain small businesses, Save By Booking SRL cooperates with the Producers – Processors to emphasise their singularity and their story. Thanks to the "Batch"sale, Save By Booking SRL enables also the smaller businesses to make their high quality BIO food products available to the highest possible number of clients with only little effort.

bio.savebybooking is a platform that creates direct contact between the Consumers and the Producers and permits to follow a solidary and environmentally conscious philosophy.
